This is a delightfully spicy home made raw mango  pickle in oil . It is made of raw mango pieces mixed with few carefully selected spices and pickled in oil . No artificial preservatives have been used . The pickle is bottled with love into mason jars and is sufficiently sun-kissed to get the best flavour. The bottle is  topped with a mango green fabric tied with a light green ribbon- a trademark of entrepreneurs at eighty.
